How I handle the information you send me through the contact form on this website or by email. If you book a treatment, I will explain at your first appointment how I keep your treatment notes.
Your name, your email address and your message, including anything you choose to add to it, such as a phone number or details of what is troubling you.
To reply to your enquiry and, if you would like one, to arrange an appointment. I do not use your details for marketing and I do not add you to a mailing list.
My lawful basis is that you have asked me to respond to you and, if you go ahead, to arrange treatment for you. If your message includes details about your health, I use them only to reply to you, on the basis of your consent in sending them. You can ask me to delete them at any time.
I do not sell or share your details. These services handle them on my behalf, only to run the website and my email:
If your enquiry does not lead to a booking, I delete it within 12 months. If you become a client, your contact details are kept with your client record.
This website does not use cookies for analytics or advertising. The spam check on the contact form may store technical information that it needs to work.
You can ask me for a copy of the information I hold about you, and ask me to correct it, delete it or stop using it. Email hello@martynanadolskastt.com and I will reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how I have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. I would be grateful for the chance to put things right first.
